As a lover of nature and a healthy lifestyle, transitioning from a career as a horticulturist to a massage therapist seemed a natural progression. I believe that incorporation of regular massage into your lifestyle benefits and maintains both a healthy mind and body. It should also be utilised for injury prevention and rehabilitation.
I have been massaging since 2007 after completing my diploma of remedial massage at Randwick TAFE. Since then I have also studied aromatherapy, dry needling, lymphatic drainage, key moves and health and rehabilitation science.
I have treated a variety of clients from professional athletes, CEOs and medical personnel to those suffering from accidents, illness and chronic pain. Many of my clients see massage as part of their regular routine that enables them to perform and thrive in their individual environment – be it on a sports field or in an office.
